> **Pros**: It's very easy to use interface. Lot of different sections like pos management, CRM, Accounting etc. There is really good integrations with it's own sections. Also really good reportings.

> **Pros**: The most important feature is that Elektra is not a  server based system which really help us minize our cost and the risk of loosing information. Furthermore, this system can be used anywhere at anytime with a simple internet access .
Implementing informations are simple and really user friendly. 
And last but not least,  the whole Elektra team is ready to help and solve your problem 24h without any extra charges.

> **Cons**: In terms of PMS system , it is important to work on confirmation letters ( customization free, email storage ) and most importantly german language. 
but another than that we are not really facing with an operative issue.

Elektra has a built in rate management module, so there is no need to use a third party channel manager solution. Our company has 5 hotel units and 3 restaurants, we can easily manage all properties on one single web app.

> **Cons**: No cons but maybe users are looking for a lite version for the mobile devices. I'm sure that Elektra team always working for a better mobile experience for the web app.
