Your Reorder Levels are generated in minutes. Parts updated are tagged with the algorithm code, so should the stock increase or decrease from desired Qty, simply recall that algorithm, tweak it, and re-generate. Keep stock holdings optimised through their Growth to Maturity phase.
Build Kits Automatically during a sale or generate Job cards for your staff to prebuild them. You can also opt to deplete kits in stock, before auto building new Kits on the fly to satisfy a Sale. One click displays Components of a Kit or Kits components are used in. You can also customise kits during a sale, great for changing lengths of assemblies.
End to End barcoding includes scanning during receiving, stocktaking and picking. You can attach multiple barcodes to each part where you source it from multiple suppliers. Peach has Inner, Outer, Layer and Pallet barcode scanning. Barcodes will speed up the receiving, picking and dispatch areas of your business while increasing accuracy.
Sales Invoices, Purchase Orders, Specials, Statements or even account reminders can be sent using Email or Text messaging. Each Customer and Supplier has unlimited contacts with contact specific settings as to who gets which documents. Send invoices to three of the contacts and statements to two others. Send bulk emails to a group of customers or suppliers, or send bulk text messages or links for specials or product updates in minutes knowing the message will be delivered and not get stuck in a bottomless inboxes or spam filters. A bonus for your accounts person will be the ability to filter customers with unpaid invoices in 60 or 90 + days and send them a reminder listing the unpaid invoices. If 100 customers meet these criteria, you could assemble and send these reminders in no more than 5 minutes because Peach does the work for you. Try it and watch as your cash flow improves.
Peach Software has built their reporting suite. All transaction reports are date driven, so going back to see what happened last month or last year for the same period is simple. Most reports can be run in a summarised or detailed format and grouped then sub grouped. You can even select any field to sort the report by in ascending or descending order. Pros
Integration was a huge concern but was made seamless by the Peach team. Usability and pricing matrix are key features.
Cons
Product reference file is hard to maintain in an efficient way but they are working on a better solution to that.

Peach was definitely an improvement on our last system. It has plenty of decent features and runs well for the most part. Sorting issues tests your patients and often end up in just working around the issue.
Pros
Customization of customer profiles and pricing structures, ease of access to product and customer details, general interface is easy to use and bulk change ability across different groups is fantastic. Generally runs well.
Cons
The Bugs. A lot of times there is an update something stops working correctly. Whether it is back orders that stop working or items outstanding from an order with suppliers no longer showing as on order or product building off itself. These normally get fixed but that is a task in itself and you are made to feel like it is something you are doing wrong. The reporting is over complicated and building your own reports is painful.

Pros
The integration into our business from MYOB was very easy and the backup support and answers to any questions was first class.
