The multi-tenant capabilities are particularly important for our use case. For more complex requirements, we can also extend the application with custom functions and external services. Another major advantage is the customer support – when we encounter a technical issue, the DrapCode team is responsive and actively helps us find a solution. > > **Cons**: With a more complex application, some issues can be difficult to diagnose without support from the DrapCode team.
