> **Pros**: The software has a whole host of feature which our hotel benefits from. 
We have used other booking systems before and they had information overload and too many features. Caterpay benefits our needs as a 20 bed hotel .

Excellent on line manual and very good support when needed.
A full and seamless integration with our epos tills.

Their service is exceptional and very personal, as they truly understand their customers and their businesses. They know their system inside and out, which is invaluable when you call for support—there’s always an answer or solution. We really appreciate how promptly they respond, always following up with an email or call. It’s reassuring to know we’re supported by a team who genuinely cares. 

Caterbook is an easy system to navigate and use and is always evolving to improve and update to make it even slicker and better for customers.
