> **Pros**: Quick and easy. I can set shifts in advance and not have to take time every week to keep recreating them. The platform makes it accessible to my staff so I’m not spending time chasing them around to make sure they know when they’re supposed to be in. It’s also really flexible in adjusting shifts as needed. With staff also being able to pick up any open shifts, it saves me extra time and energy of having to schedule them around.

I used a few different tools but landed on Hyre because its layout was so simple. I really enjoyed the calendar view - it had a simple drag and drop feature that gave you a "make it and forget it" feeling for weekly scheduling. It's so automated and useful. It beats the old style of tracking things manually. Highly recommended\!
