> **Pros**: Wenn man vorher weiß was man will kann man sofort alles sehr sauber und schnell umsetzen. Wenn nich  macht man das eben später bei vollkommener Kostentransparenz.

> **Cons**: In der Vergangenheit gab es teilweise seltsame Bugs, jedoch waren selbige nicht schwerwiegend und wurden schnell gefixt.

> LogPoint hilft beim Aufbau eines SOCs, für das Compliance-Reporting für Auditoren und IT-Entscheider. Es ist für Incident-Response mehr als geeignet. Gute solide europäische Alternative die jeden Monat ein Stück besser wird.

> **Pros**: An der Software hat mir gefallen, dass sie relativ einfach zu installieren ist und einen sehr hohen Grad an Benutzer Freundlichkeit hat. Mit schnell zu lernenden Querry's kann man so ziemlich jede Information aus dem System holen und bei Bedarf auch grafisch darstellen. Vor allem die umfangreiche MITRE Integration mit über 100 fertigen Use Cases ist sehr hilfreich um die Zeit zwischen der Implementation und Entwicklung der firmenspezifischen Use Cases proaktiv zu überbrücken. Die umfangreichen ISO und DSGVO Reports die bereits mitgeliefert und an die eigenen Bedürfnisse angepasst werden können verringern den Aufwand den die IT bei Auditorenfragen hat enorm. Dass LogPoint noch EAL 3+ zertifiziert ist ist ein weiterer Vorteil.

> **Cons**: Wirkliche Nachteile fand ich bislang noch keine. Dass eine Software nie alle gewünschten Funktionen beinhaltet liegt in der Natur der Sache.

> Sie macht was sie verspricht und in Verbindung mit dem LogPoint UEBA erreichen wir einen erheblichen Geschwindigkeitsvorsprung in der Erkennung von Unregelmäßigkeiten und der Bekämpfung von Hackerangriffen.
