a) They have updated the user interface frequently as it shows how important the users are to them.
b) Multi-language data extraction and analysis is best for the return on investment.
c) The semantic search gets the required data which means this company is good in technical knowledge other than the remaining companies.

> **Cons**: They need to think out of the box for the general analytics provided. It can be on the predictive usage of keywords that sets the customers for buying the products.
