The solutions provided by bLive with Vexsys and its ecosystem were successfully implemented in our business. The company is responsive, adaptive and has great flexibility in delivering a value-added solution.

Pros

Flexibility, ease of integration and scalability.

Cons

As with any technology implementation, during the deployment some adjustments were needed in hardware/middleware/software integration. Those were solved very quickly and in a satisfactory manner.

Com a utilização do Vexsys, otimizamos o processo de gerenciamento de pátio, fila de carregamento, carga e descarga, além de melhorarmos o nosso relacionamento com nossos transportadores, fornecedores e até Clientes, conseguindo precisar o tempo de permanência em nossas plantas, além de reduzi-la drasticamente.
O suporte é muito solícito e eficiente.

Pros

O produto é totalmente customizável, isso trouxe uma facilidade muito grande de adequação do produto ao nosso negócio, gerando ganhos operacionais impressionantes.

Cons

Não tivemos experiências ruins com o software, no início houve uma curva de aprendizado dentro do esperado e tudo que combinamos com o fornecedor foi cumprido dentro dos prazos acordados.
