FieldEquip is a cloud-based field service management software designed to help businesses in oil, eCommerce, and packaging industries handle equipment and communicate with on-field employees. It enables managers to monitor field operations, track labor and material, and streamline warranty management operations.

Features of FieldEquip include preventative maintenance, work order management, service dispatching, job scheduling, inventory replenishment, customer engagement management, offline access, and more. It lets managers provide remote access to authorized users to conduct equipment diagnostics and performance data analysis and track customer service key performance indicators (KPIs). Customers can also use the built-in customer service portal to gain insights into equipment productivity and service history and directly process payments via debit or credit cards.

The application supports integration with various third-party applications such as SAP, Infor, Oracle Financials, Sage, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, OpenInvoice, and more via APIs. FieldEquip allows employees to send notifications related to technician's estimated time of arrival (ETA), work request updates, spare parts information, and service level agreement (SLA) status to customers via email or text messages.
