> **Pros**: All training in one place.  Like that certificates are automatically generated.  Like that we can create our own training courses.

> **Cons**: Managers are not able to receive weekly reports about their team.  It's left for the admins to manage, but we'd like the managers of each department to be able to see what is outstanding for their team, so they can chase them.  It would also be good if it could integrate with our HR system so when a course is completed, a training record is automatically created and the certificate uploaded.  We still have to manually do that.
