The support and commitment that the PCC project team have provided to our own project team as we implement the solution has been second to none\! In addition to the support we've received to build the solution to our specifications, the training support provided is very well thought out. As for the solution itself, PCC is going to change the quality of care delivered to long-term care residents on Prince Edward Island through very thorough and in-depth care planning. One is the way you set up their user roles. It is confusing and there is nothing straight forward about it. While I'm on the clinical side I know that our business office had a bunch of issues in the beginning and clinical would be told to do something one way and the business the exact opposite. We had issues with that for a while, but they have resolved over the last couple of years.
