The resource center, with its job postings, volunteer listings, and user discussions, has been particularly helpful in revealing organizations whose principles match my own. I love the convenient ability to mark posts and use search criteria tailored to my needs, which makes Idealist truly invaluable.

Idealist is target towards non-profit, social justice oriented jobs in the U.S. It makes it straightforward and simple to find candidates who are interested in those types of roles. It is easy to use and brings in the most interested candidates in the quickest way.
