Now that we are transitioning out of the implementation phase, our team has nothing but positive things to say about the experience. Throughout our transition away from our previous PMS, the CareStack implementation team, specifically \[sensitive content hidden\] was exceptional. They guided us through every step of the process and made what could have been an overwhelming transition feel organized, supported, and manageable. Their knowledge, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave us a great deal of confidence in our decision to move forward with CareStack. As expected with any major technology change, there were some hiccups along the way, but the team handled each one with professionalism, patience, and care. We had no shortage of questions, and support was always timely and thorough. If someone couldn’t immediately assist us, they quickly connected us with the right person and ensured we were guided in the right direction. We also truly valued their workflow recommendations.
