Pros

The functions supported for all users including citizens and internal users is very cost effective and provides a rich set of functionality to use. The automation of forms, communications portals and reporting of the data is very user friendly.

Cons

The ability to redact files and to provide different viewers for different file types. Supports file types of adobe, office and others but not as extensive as other products.
