There is even a guided online tour integrated in this software that easily answers whatever question you have.

Sollte man trotzdem auf ein Hindernis stoßen hilft der Support innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Generell kann man über den Support nur gute Dinge sagen. Es war sogar ohne Probleme möglich für unsere Bedürfnisse den Code des Programmes anzupassen.

> **Cons**: Das Backend war zu beginn etwas gewöhnungbedürftig jedoch wurden Stolpersteine durch den Support immer sofort aus dem Weg geräumt\! Daumen hoch\!

> Wir arbeiten beim TEV Miesbach (Eishockey-Bayernliga) und beim TSV Weyarn mit Tickethome. Es gibt keinerlei Downtime und ist absolut bezahlbar.
