> **Pros**: Je n'ai rien apprécié dans la solution Lyf Pro, comme je l'explique plus en détails un peu plus bas.

> **Cons**: La procédure de création d'un compte pro semble simple et pratique, jusqu'à ce qu'on arrive à la dernière étape, ladite "certification" du compte. À partir de ce moment-là, il devient littéralement impossible de savoir si le dossier avance ou non, et les échanges avec le service de support sont d'une débilité profonde. Envoyez un mail à n'importe quel sujet et vous recevrez toujours la même réponse standardisée, vous demandant d'identifier votre entreprise et votre compte, même si les informations figurent déjà dans votre message d'origine. On vous dit ensuite que votre compte n'existe pas (alors qu'il a été créé, puisque c'est l'étape de certification qui pose question), et si vous apportez la preuve du contraire (une capture d'écran), tout cela se termine par une fin de non-)recevoir et un refus non-motivé de créer le compte. Que de temps et d'énergie perdus pour un résultat zéro. Sans doute suffirait-il de remplacer le personnel du service support par des personnes réellement formées et compétentes pour tout arranger. Mais il n'est pas certain que cela se produise dans un avenir proche. Même le support téléphonique vous met en relation avec des personnes qui ne savent absolument pas de quoi vous parlez et n'ont rien de plus pressé que de terminer la conversation au plus vite. Bref, déception sur toute la ligne.

> **Cons**: Lyf Pro après quelques paiements se prend pour le service de la répression des fraudes. Est-ce pour capter de l'information sur les clients de mon entreprise, est un vrai motif, est-ce du zèle de la part de lyf pro ? Le questionnement s'est vite transformé en suspicion n'ayant aucune possibilité autre qu'un standard incompétent pour répondre à mes questions, de les joindre. Impossible de résilier également, cela fait 1 mois que je tente par tous les moyens (via le standard qui renvoi vers un email qui semble ne pas fonctionner, ou via ma banque, ...)
