> **Cons**: I don't like that when you bring up a date for arrivals or departures, it shows dates for before and after the date. If I have an arrival for 5/13/22, I don't want to see the arrivals for 5/12/22 or 5/14/22, Just 5/13/22\!
For adding a pet, we have to push several buttons, where one would suffice.

> Checking people in in a lot easier and quicker with this system. Running credit cards and giving refunds are easier also. Guests appreciate that.

> **Pros**: HotelKey is a fairly simple program to learn.  Easy to use.

> **Cons**: There are times we cannot enter a customer credit card onto a prepaid reservation, which we require for incidentals. There are times we log in and have to log out and log back in because the information does not download and it shows 0 all the way across to in house, availability.
