There is a resource center that has hundreds of useful articles that are very well put together, and when I can't find what I need, I just put in a ticket and get an answer by email usually within a day. I have found that their help desk people put thought into their responses and offer appropriate suggestions and link relevant articles. I can't remember them at the moment, but I put tickets in for them and the help desk said they would forward my feedback on to their development team.
