    Complex reconciliation when currency charges are deducted, sure you can make an adjustment, but it always feels clunky

    Xero has become a perfect fit for our accounting needs and more so controlling our finances and monitoring our cash flow. Xero has made it easy to manage our expenses which allows us to match our expenditure with the available budget. Its efficiency in financial reporting has enabled us to measure our financial health position and guide us on how to keep it as strong as possible.

    Pros

    Xero offers receipts capturing functions that makes it easy to track our expenses. It also has easy to use budgeting tool that help us create accurate budgets for our projects. Xero offers easy to use invoicing tools that enable us to draft up-to-detail invoices for collecting payments. The reporting tools provide us with detailed financial reports that assist us to evaluate where our business stands financially. Xero superior security functions gives our sensitive financial data top-notch security and privacy.

    Cons

    We have found nothing about Xero that is off the mark. It has served us so perfectly so far.

    REDUCED TIME-RELATED TO DATA CAPTURING and cloud-based - no backup needed or software updates

    Cons

    The support is very basic and no real solutions are provided. If you have an issue with Xero - you are on your own!!!!

    Xero has got very good set of features and it is considered a market leader with regards to online bookkeeping software.

    Cons

    Xero is slow to listen to their customers feedback and often prioritizes other work and development rather than the features most required.

    I have manage our Holiday Requests, Salaries, P&L, and quotations through XERO for over 3 years now and yet to have any issues with this platform. Salaries are all paid as expected and we can manage the business effectively because of this platform.

    Pros

    As a Director within my business, XERO gives me realtime information that allows me to manage the expectations of our shareholders using the accounting programme within XERO accounting reports.

    Cons

    The API feed to the banking page can often be slow and doesn't accurately show the latest figures. But as far as a quick glance goes this is an adequate tool.
