> Very positive experience, the product itself and the reports are not too dissimilar to others I looked in to, the areas which set AlignMark apart are the service and follow up coaching to help our Managers and Leaders interpret the data set and feedback from a constructive point.  The service team were approachable, adaptable to our needs, listened to our objectives and supportive helping us achieve them.  Having the option to delpoy the survey and the coaching internationally  was essential to us too.

The report is fantastic.  It is robust, well laid out, and easy to follow.  It is a great tool to begin the development process for our leaders.
