About Bigin by Zoho CRM
Bigin is a customer relationship management software designed to help small businesses manage sales pipelines, schedule follow-ups, and update customer records. It enables employees to capture and store prospect and customer details including deals, emails, activities, tweets, and more in a centralized repository.
The application allows users to create and share no-code form across multiple channels. Users can also utilize the built-in telephony system to connect with prospects or customers and automatically update call records. You can also connect with your contacts via WhatsApp, email, and online meetings! With Bigin’s activity management module, employees can create tasks, schedule calls with customers, create events, and set up activity reminders. Other notable features of Bigin include workflow automation, automated notifications, collaboration, data import, audit logging, and more.

Pros
Easy to setup with industry specific template, in our case we used the "Education" template, easy to upload data from spreadsheets, and from forms on our Website.
Cons
Would like a way to better organize files for each customer.

I looked for a simple CRM and this met every expectation I was needing. I really like the mobile app for search and inputting of data.
Pros
I love the ease of finding and inputting my data as well as the overall look and feel.
Cons
I really do not have ANY cons. It completes every task that I need it to do .

They need to remove the ajax query function from the search bar and the search article bar

Pros
pretty much all you need on a crm.
Cons
Having ajax in a tool like that does give an excellent impression at first glance, not having to pop-up to a different window each time you do a search the sad part is this search bar function fails more than often to the extent I have to delete and start over or even as bad as refreshing the screen. I never put reviews but i will appreciate the team looking into this or at least having a button to switch from ajax to normal opening another window to load data.

Pros
We utilize Bigin by Zoho CRM to meticulously monitor and manage our leads on prospective clients and sales. This comprehensive system ensures that our entire organization maintains a clear and up-to-date understanding of who has interacted with each client, the details of those interactions, and the current status of their engagement with our services. It's simplicity is its best asset and the biggest downside i'd say.
Cons
Some of the biggest problem i've seen so far is the implementation of phone calls, wich are not as easily tracked if you don't use their platform to make the call. The customer support is reactive so far, but the lack of different languages can be a downside compared to the competitors on the market. Some advanced feature for integration are missing, but that is to be expected from a product wich is aimed at small teams/enterprises.

Bigin is easy to visualize, making use seamless, and setting up the platform even easier.
Cons
I haven't found too much to be concerned about. Support is extremely helpful.
