> **Cons**: Technical assistance, not able to get solutions on things needed, built in with some work arounds that need resolved and unable to resolve without restarting.   Even the day to day issues with support very few can answer any questions or concerns.  We had a rep that was not bad, got a new one that could help with nothing and now we do not have one.

> For the most part it is a good scheduling app.   There are things that could be easier and better tech help but again overall it works for us.
