> **Cons**: I liked that \[sensitive content hidden\] and his team were able to listen to what i needed, go back and review and work out a scenario that helped solved our issue.

> **Cons**: I find it very hard to use. The search just use the first word which makes it very limited. Also, the way of doing changes when doing a quote is a waste of time. We need to do several changes very often and it takes close to 1 hour to do a quote.
