> **Pros**: The ease of use and being able to copy programs is what anyone would want in a gauge software package.  The staff has also been great to work with and willing to solve the day to day problems.

> **Cons**: The method of uploading an image from another workstation and setting it up is a bit tedious, but with proper training it can be done.  Also not having the ability to rename a program but having to copy to a new name and delete the old can be an inconvenient step, but not difficult.
> 
> Since I have worked at IFA, I have only known FS Works as the main gauge interface software, so I do not have any comparisons to make otherwise.  I know that when I have had to make calls about certain things, Factory Systems has been quick to answer the call.  The staff has been very knowledgeable about the product and are able to meet our needs as customers.
