It supports multiple screens (I can independently see each screen or all at once), and I can upload/download files as needed. Depending on their situation, the client can have the host always on (convenient for me to make late-night updates), or use the Agent so they are only on-line on-demand (a little safer perhaps). > > **Cons**: Well, there is a free version which just limits (to 10) how many stored host connections you can have (no loss of functionality).
