I find it difficult to create new templates and they all appear different even though the settings were the same as another template.  Preview button is painful to use.

> **Pros**: It has a lot of functions that help with governance in an organization, i.e. minutes template, embedding videos, etc. This was my first time using a board management software so it taught me quite a bit about governance documentation.

> **Cons**: There were some "kinks" with some of the processes. I had to call customer support to get small things resolved or manually done from their side.
> 
> Now that I have used a few other board management softwares, eScribe wouldn't necessarily be my first choice as I have found the others to be more user-friendly. I will say however, that eScribe offers a variety of functions that are not available or cost extra with other software programs.
