About Figma
Figma is a cloud-based UI designing and prototyping tool, which allows multiple teams to collaborate on creating, testing, and deploying interface or product designs. Features include version history, project management, commenting, user-based permissions, plugin creation, and single sign-on (SSO).
The platform enables designers to prepare drawings using vector networks, pen, and arc tools, letting them develop pie charts, watch screens, or clocks without merging or connecting to the path’s origin. With the auto-layout feature, teams can automatically resize various components of interface designs such as buttons or lists by using padding, direction, and space settings. Figma allows users to create prototypes through various interactions such as hover, on-click, or button press, and utilize GIFs to add video elements, or animations. It also helps teams to simultaneously edit designs, track changes, add notes, discover newly uploaded files, and share design links with members.
Figma offers integration with multiple third-party applications including Maze, Zeplin, Trello, Flinto, Slack, Dropbox, and Jira. Designers can maintain a library of shareable assets such as icons, backgrounds, images, and fonts and gain visibility into the asset usage through analytics. The platform also lets coordinators send invites to remote stakeholders for a brainstorming session and capture, categorize, and prioritize ideas according to projects.

Overall I am happy with figma and I might not switch easily to other tool too soon. They have all thing in one application where me and my team create graphics, extract files in png or jpg or svg. And they have good community online that helps whenever you stuck somewhere and that same community contributes for plugins to make life easy for UX designers.
Pros
I loved the way figma have created their ui as I can use it for website and app prototyping, they provided simple easy to learn tool box which is much similar to other alternative so even if you need to switch to a new prototyping toll you can learn it very easily and start your work.
And compared to other bog alternatives figma have free version to support self learners practice industry level designing easily by seeking their guides.
Cons
I am exploring this tool since 2 years and it amaze me with some of the unique features that I haven't discovered. But I don't like their time consuming real time prototype views if you have lots of screens to made in an app, it makes it too slow to see real time working preview.
Also they should provide different screen size optimization option that works on previewing apps.

Very Intuitive to Design Product Wireframes

Figma is an essential part of our product building workflow. As a product manager, I convert all the ideas to wireframes using Figma and the designers expand upon it to create the UI prototypes for the engineering team to work on. The key benefit of Figma is that it is a one place tool for all our design activities - UX prototyping, Idea Wire-framing, UI assets & guidelines etc.,
Pros
Figma has a large community that built a variety of plugins, templates and design formats that make the job a lot easier for both wire-framing and prototyping. The product is extremely intuitive with a good exponential learning curve that enables a new user turn professional in a very quick time. It is the best in the market when it comes to integration with businesses. It's strong API support help us connect with a variety of tools including Bravo Studio that help us launch small apps with zero-code.
Cons
While the community plugins are huge, discoverability of the plugins can be improved a lot from the existing version. The default tools in the app are too abstract that a new-user might find it difficult to create things from scratch. As far as integration is concerned, Figma should have a marketplace for all the interesting integrations that a user can go through and pick the ones he/she is interested in.

Its power and weakness is being web-based

Pretty good so far, unless I get to work on huge files.
Pretty good so far, unless I get to work on huge files.
Pros
Iterates upon Sketch and bring is great collaboration tools and finally fixes the way too long problem of sharing design files and syncing document versions.
Cons
It consumes a lot of resources, in a big design document it does crash or slows down the whole system which can be quite painful at times.

I have a lot of figma experience. Figma is far more user-friendly. Simply dragging and dropping pieces onto the canvas will allow you to design your prototype. Figma features a very user-friendly interface. Even if you don't know how to code, you can achieve amazing outcomes. Because it is cloud-based, you can collaborate online by exchanging files. The main advantage is that there is no need to save your design (whatever work you have done). After finished editing, you may immediately evaluate your changes in real-time. It is compatible with all devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, cellphones, and others. It works with both desktop PCs and mobile phones, allowing you to view your files from anywhere. Figma allows you to customise templates to meet your specific requirements. When deciding between Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, I strongly recommend Figma.
Pros
Variants are part of the Figma component library. It (Variants) is a smart component management module. To structure the team asset library, just unclutter several copies of the same component and merge them. For those who want to collaborate, it is simple to utilise. You can access all of your Figma accounts, workspaces, and community profiles from a single interface. The most endearing aspect of the figma is the FIGMA PLUGINS. Figma plugins are powerful while remaining stable and secure. Overall, it's fantastic!
Cons
It lacks a rubber. In figma, there is no method to erase. And it requires an internet connection. This makes it impossible for you to work offline.
