> **Pros**: I appreciate that the implementation staff was nice though somewhat incompetent, they constantly had to go to superiors when they often didn't know how to use the software themselves.

> **Cons**: The software is difficult to implement because it's not user friendly. If you didn't work on the software 8 hours a day you would never know how to use it. It was a disaster with our staff member who was more versed on it took a vacation. nobody could replace her
