Entrata has everything you need to run your property. From being able to post your available apartments on Craigslist to scanning Invoices and payments. This is mainly when it is a small issue that they are unaware of until we have to report it. Bank rec's its so easy to click another transaction when checking and balancing . Can't downland with the clicked transactions to check. Occasionally, I don't see the red notifications when there is a task to be completed. > > Overall, I prefer Entrata over other platforms I have used over the years(Yardi, RealPage, etc.).
