The customer service support staff are very quick to help problem solve or send you in the right direction. Jane university is incredibly helpful when trying to problem solve your self or learn new aspects of the software. The integration with Telus has saved so much time for me daily, it really adds up. I also love the ability to use Jane payments so clients can use credit cards to pay. > > **Cons**: I wish there was an option to keep canceled appointments viewable in your schedule. Maybe similar to the wait list feature. You just click on it and it pops up to show you the clients that canceled that day. > > Jane is invaluable to my business. I want a bit more control on billing - every bill is different as we are a small organisation. Place holders in diary - so that the appointment doesn't get sent away immediately. Send later option for invoices, appointments and other communications.
