Their support team is very helpful. I think the tool is great for starting out and you can customize a lot. In the beginning we used it for 360 Peer Feedback as well as performance reviews and since then we've moved to performance reviews only. I think there could be more "in-tool suggestions" or tutorials on giving feedback or writing feedback about yourself to help out people that aren't comfortable with it or familiar with how to use the tool. > > **Cons**: Elevo can be a bit difficult to understand when it comes to filling in the review, it would be great to have actual examples or better training offered on this front with users. When I first started using the tool I really didn't understand how to calculate things and what all the sub-category boxes meant.
