Zentrunk Overview

Zentrunk is a cloud-based session initiation protocol (SIP) trunking solution designed to help businesses of all sizes setup voice over internet protocol (VoIP) based business communication system. The platform also offers prepackaged templates which enable users to integrate SMS functionality.

Zentrunk includes transport layer security (TSL) and secure real-time transport protocol (SRTP) to facilitate encrypted calls. The solution automatically detects any fraudulent activity on a registered account and send automatic alerts to users. Its self-service portal allows users to manage account analytics, logs and SIP trunks, and the separated trunks functionality assigns a unique SIP domain to trunks for easy segmentation of traffic.

Zentrunk allows businesses to handle interoperability through standard softswitches and IP-PBX. The platform integrates with various PBX systems such as 3CX, FreeSwitch, Asterisk, FreePBX(R) and FusionPBX.
