> **Pros**: I like that Propel is very customizable. As a result, we have been able to customize objects and lifecycle that work for our organization. I also like that it is built on the Salesforce platform and can be easily connected to other applications that we are using.

> **Cons**: I think there is room for improvement in the Training object. Letting users know which quiz questions were answered incorrectly instead of only providing pass/fail status would make this more user friendly.

> Overall, Propel has been a useful tool for our organization. Using Propel has improved the way we manage our change orders and Quality records. Our records are more organized and information is easily attainable when needed. Tracking and obtaining signatures for change orders and Quality records is also so much easier than it was before Propel.
