About PHP Point of Sale
PHP Point of Sale is a cloud-based retail POS solution designed for small to mid size businesses that manages inventory, sales reports, customer relations, employee onboarding, and more. The system's inventory tracking capabilities allow items to generate their own barcodes, which can be scanned and tracked for stock tracking or sales purposes. This feature also allows managers to generate their own pricing based on the popularity of items and remaining stock available. Additionally, employees will receive alerts when an item is out of stock and have the ability to approve automatic replenishment.
PHP Point of Sale offers a customer loyalty program, which allows customers to choose from a simple or advance loyalty plan that will grant them promotions and discounts based on their purchasing preferences. Promotions can be emailed automatically through the system or generated upon check out. The platform provides a customer store account feature that gives users the opportunity to earn rewards and acts as a line of credit for the retail service. This also allows customers to receive receipts directly upon purchase through email or SMS messaging.
The system's employee portal allows retail staff members to access a training program when hired, clock in and out of shifts, and automatically calculate sales commissions that can be customized based on time of day, holidays, or weekends.

Pros
In my case I love the ability to manage inventory and decide easily when a order for more parts is necessary. By always having parts we are always making money.
Cons
Not being able to use it on your phone or other stations are hard to set up. I wish it was easier to use in other locations.

The customer service response is impeccable.
[SENSITIVE CONTENT] is a "straight shooter" and replies to all my techy questions and needs promptly. Even though in some instances there is no optimal resolution he always has a reply and suggestion.
Pros
Cloud platform, so as long as you have an internet connection you are good to go. The price is the lowest I've seen, you pay a yearly subscription per store/location not per user.
Cons
As mentioned before I would like to see more versatility with the sales reports. Interactive drop down reposts with customizable columns with options to export to PDF, csv, xls, HTML, XML.

I manage a small Christian book store that operates on a small budget so we chose PHP for our point of sale program. We originally had issues with slow responses if we tried to record multiple purchases on one transaction. We overcame that by installing the program on the hard drive. My greatest problem now is printing receipts. Originally the receipt printer printed from margin to margin but there has been a program change and now I cannot get the printer to print to the left margin. I have about a half inch margin which creates extra long receipts. Tech support tried to help me with this problem but were unsuccessful. I also wish I could add fields in the item description list to fit our needs. All in all the program works fine and is a good value.

This software allows to control and manage an entire retail store, it's cloud based so you can access it anywhere with internet. It comes with different functionalities you can control the access to employees, cash, receivings, expenditures, create your own bar codes and it has different type of reports to see the behavior of your business. It's super intuitive so that reduces by a lot the time to train the people in charge of it

Using PHP POS has really helped us save money hiring people to do some sort of work. The software does everything for us and we can manage and track every single thing that is happening in the store.
Pros
PHP point of sale is a great tool to have with amazing sales and inventory tracking, you can easily track everything in one place using this software. you can track customers, suppliers, sales, deliveries, price, reports, etc.
Their customer support is just great if you have any glitch they are always ready to provide support and they're never tired of doing this is so great for us.
Cons
If you are using it for the first time, you might have a little headache.
