- You have an intern mail to have a record of all the conversations with the candidates.
- The customer service is one of the most efficient I have ever seen.

La plataforma nos permite centralizar información, mantener los procesos más organizados y reducir tareas manuales. También valoramos su facilidad de uso, la posibilidad de estandarizar procedimientos y contar con diferentes funcionalidades dentro de una misma herramienta.

> **Cons**: Como aspectos de mejora, consideramos que algunas configuraciones podrían ser más intuitivas y ofrecer mayor flexibilidad de personalización. Debido a la cantidad de funcionalidades disponibles, existe una curva de aprendizaje inicial y algunos procesos podrían simplificarse para requerir menos pasos. También sería positivo contar con mayor flexibilidad en determinados reportes y en la explotación de la información. Se deben actualizar los manuales de procedimientos.
