En revanche difficulté à la mise en place et à l'expérimentation étant donné que le système n'est optimal que dès lors que toutes les étapes sont validées en amont (phases renseignées, honoraires, avancement, production...) = beaucoup d'actions pour remplacer le système existant certes pas idéal mais plus rapide d'utilisation pour l'instant.

> **Cons**: Indiqué ci-dessus : le point fort du système "global" est aussi son point faible dans sa mise en place en remplacement de diverses solutions pré-existantes.

> A terme : vision globale plus immédiate de la situation financière et meilleure définition d'indicateurs de prod/rentabilité.

> **Cons**: Ma comptable ne veut pas utiliser le logiciel pour faire ses facturation. Elle ne peut pas changer la date de début d'exercice. Difficile de gérer les affaires déjà en cours et d'avoir une vision clair sur ce qui est finit.
On a du mal à faire en sorte que tous les utilisateurs soient assidus dans la rentrée de leur donnée. une formation générale serait la bienvenue.
