I thought they had a prettier workflow for clients. CS Rep helped me realize that ShootQ is indeed better. I would lose all the metrics and capabilities I'm using daily or monthly. What the CS Rep could have done better was provide me with examples (photographers are visual after all) of how the settings could make my client interface better. ShootQ is so left brain and most of your customers are right brain artists. You should have more visual samples and I think more people would stay with or choose shoot q.
