> **Pros**: From a management position, the consistency and accuracy makes reviewing coverage letters much easier and time efficient.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the letter will have many items being denied and revisions are needed to consolidate the paragraphs.

> I have used the software as an adjuster and a manager. It has been great and efficient in both rolls. Saving 10-30 minutes a letter adds up very fast throughtout a work week.

> **Pros**: I loved that it made denial letters so easy. It saved tons of times bringing over the policy verbiage , indented as it needed to be. That’s so time consuming for adjuster. It compiled all necessary information into the denial letter within less that 30 seconds. All letters were formatted the same and always looked professional.

> **Cons**: No cons. All kinks were fixed and works flawlessly . The only glitch I ever notice was it would confused 3’s and 8’s but that was resolved once reported\!

> Voltaire saved me sooo much time as an adjuster. The quicker the letters were written the better the production was, which in turn, meant more money on per claim gigs.
