> **Pros**: If Apple made an app for moving companies. this is what it would look like. Tracking leads and jobs is extremely easy and I can send contracts and emails to my customers directly from the app. I send it for signature by email and the customer signs it from their computer. 

The paperwork is almost non-existent and the time I spend setting up each job is no-kidding, maybe 30 seconds.

I assign my guys to the job, they get notified and the job is all set.

when the job is done, I can either use a credit card on file or swipe a new one with Square and the app takes care of all the totals and receipts. Unbelievable.
Could not be happier.

> **Cons**: It is a little difficult to learn at first, but that's because the moving business is not that easy to run in the first place. Still, maybe a couple of walkthroughs would be helpful when you first start using it.

> **Pros**: The moving job is an easy 3 step process. I can send agreements by email for the customers to sign. I can also make appointments and manage tasks.

> **Cons**: It seems confusing to use at first. It'll take an afternoon to understand the flow of it.  It might also take some time to customize it for your company, but I'm sure this is the case with anything.
