I have been practicing for 22 years and I have never been so upset about the amount of money wasted on this software. I was not ready to go live and should've listened to my intuition. So much wasted time and once we were live, nobody could help with the billing portion. I feel so ripped off. I bought into the cult of Genesis and it was such a horrible experience. It took months for my biller to clear out the mistakes and transfer the billing to our new software. They are still charging me $99 for the privilege of accessing our information for patient info. I canceled it and will now call my credit card company to block the charge.
