> **Pros**: The product is so easy from implementation, navigation to dashboards.  They give the right amount of framework and personalization through the process. You are not starting from scratch and putting in hours of work for go live.  I loved that we delivered our company feel from day one on the platform.   
The response time and insight from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is top notch.
The reviews have been stellar like we hoped but to see them in writing takes our confidence to another level.  The celebrations when certifications happen are fun\!

I read every review and that has made me a better leader by being present to real time feedback.  Reviews are  shared across the company and it is uplifting for everyone.
