The customer support at Planning Pod is always very responsive to any questions or issues that pop up. > > **Cons**: While the event website component is very easy to use, I wish it had more flexibility to change fonts and font sizes and arrange text on the website in a custom way. There should also be a way to change attendee ticket status without having to call customer support. A little more flexibility in naming items would also be ideal.
