We also liked the integrations with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom because they simplified user access management. Rippling was also supposed to help with IT, automation, and provisioning, but that doesn't work either. In addition, anytime i call customer service and ask them a question that does not appear in their general help section, it always seems to take hours to resolve.
