The interface is modern and easy to navigate compared to older HR systems we used before. Automation features also save time, especially for recurring tasks like employee status updates, approvals, and payroll processing. We also liked the integrations with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom because they simplified user access management. We faced a lot of mistakes with payroll as well that we are still auditing, which has cost us countless hours and a lot of money to fix. Rippling was also supposed to help with IT, automation, and provisioning, but that doesn't work either. The setup wasn't easy, even though I wasn't directly involved. > > Simply the WORST tool to have existed in the HRIS or payroll world - specially if using it outside US as well.
