> **Pros**: With zero coding required, this has been a great addition to our company's success in increasing employee engagement. It is especially helpful that the solution itself contains social features for providing feedback/commenting/etc.  The ability to track and analyze employee engagement is far more effective and can be accomplished across multiple locations and time zones.

> **Cons**: Claims to be accessible through multiple devices, however android users have experienced app failure.
