It's simple to use, produces excellent results, and supports my needs promptly. The direct deposit and web portal make payroll simple. It's easy to learn and adapt to the system. I would not trust them with proper tax filings, they have very basic reports and you have to call for any report that may be a regular report for you but is not one of their very basic reports. > > Sorry to be so blunt, but it was a complete nightmare. I have worked with two companies in a row, where I cam in and they were using Paychex. Both places begged me to find a better payroll provider that met their needs.
