The program is well suited for newer companies looking to run from one to 15 employees and the routing options and software for using your phone in the field makes leaving a paper service slip a thing of the past. > > **Cons**: Glitchs like all software, but the team will work with you on any problem til they are resolved. No phone interaction between the company and the customer.
