Reporting: Includes 70+ pre-built reports and a report designer to allow you the flexibility to edit any of the existing reports to tailor it to your company's needs. Individual reports can be exported or set up to be automatically emailed to selected recipients at any frequency you specify.

Notifications: Set up automated email notifications for specific events and designated recipients. Send notifications about past due orders, low stock items, and specific actions performed in the system. Notifications enable you to: 1) Create your own messages or use a message template. 2) Have real-time event management that ensures follow-up and reduces the risk of delays and mistakes. 3) Eliminate time consuming manual communication involving emails and spreadsheets.

Auditing & Reconciling Inventory: The audit feature lets you count and compare inventory, then reconcile discrepancies. InventoryCloud offers three audit methods: 1) audit with visible quantities; 2) audit with hidden quantities; and 3) blind audit. An audit window allows you to set scheduled audit dates and be notified when an audit window is set to begin.

Purchase Orders (POs): Create POs for items you need. With InventoryCloud, you can send the order directly to the vendor. When an order arrives, users can use the receive feature to pull a list of items and add them to inventory. By receiving against the order, your business can ensure everything arrived as expected.

Pick Orders: Create pick orders for items scheduled to be shipped. View pick orders on the mobile app and fulfill them using the pick list.

Item Track Bys: Advanced tracking by serial number, expiration date and lot number.

Data Imports: Data can be imported into the system using CSV files or pre-built import templates, saving significant time during initial setup compared to manual entry.

Role-Based Security: Includes security settings to control user permissions. Role-based security grants users access to specific data and applications based on their roles. By creating roles, you can define access categories to determine who can access certain access types, restrict which inventory site locations they can view and edit, and manage access to data administration tools, reports, and modules.

Single Sign-On: Use SAML 2.0 or ADFS to set up users to log into InventoryCloud using their network credentials. This eliminates the need to create and remember a separate username and password for InventoryCloud.

Integration Support: Integrate InventoryCloud with your other business systems using Rest APIs. Callouts enable you to create requests triggered by specific events to interact with external HTTP APIs. Out-of-the box integrations for e-commerce storefronts and shipping logistics platforms are also available including Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and ShipStation.
