About Classe365

Classe365 is a cloud-based student management software for education institutions which combines student information system (SIS), customer relationship management (CRM), and learning management system (LMS) capabilities in a single platform. The system is suitable for use throughout the education sector, including academies, schools, higher education colleges, vocational education and training institutions, and universities.

Classe365 allows users to manage student admissions, with paperless admission processes, online application forms, application progress tracking, a secure transaction platform for online fee payments, and automatic SIS updates. Leads can be managed and nurtured, with one-click SMS, email, and call to follow-up with prospects. Enquiries and sales can be analyzed by course, status, territory, or any custom fields, and users can generate reports on conversion rates and course registrations.

Users can schedule courses and timetable classes through the drag-and-drop interface, and manage credits, electives, assessments, grading, graduation, alumni, and student health records in Classe365. Dedicated portals are available for teachers, administrator, students, and parents, with dashboards for managing academic and personal information. Blended learning, self-paced learning, student discussion groups, and online quizzes are supported. Educators can monitor meetings between parents, teachers, and students, and student behavior can be tracked and analyzed, with suggestions generated to assist staff in combating anomalous behavior.

Classe365 allows users to track admissions fees, library fines, and other transactions and payments, with parents and students able to view transaction records. Grants and scholarships can be managed, and donations can be tracked. Users can also generate financial statements, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets. Institution analytics enable users to compare current and historic data with interactive charts and graphs, and reports can be generated to visualize trends in behavior, academic performance, and student health.

  • Multiple grading scales are supported, including GPA, percentage, and rubrics, with weighted average calculations, continuous & comprehensive evaluation (CCE) support, and customizable transcripts.

  • Students can be provided with custom ID cards, which can be scanned to electronically log and track attendance, and SMS alerts can be sent out for absences.

  • Behavioral patterns are aggregated and analyzed by Classe365, and suggestions are generated for actions to take to combat anomalous behavior.

  • The built-in social platform enables interactions between students and teachers, with the ability to create study groups and participate in group debates, conversations, or problem-solving sessions.

    Best application for School Management!

    Pros

    It's one of the best school management applications I ever used. It's having all the features that the school needs. Even it has an e-commerce module where we can setup our school store and we can sell items without any hustle.

    Cons

    In the CRM module, it doesn't have the rule apply option. Other than everything is good.

    Over all they meet the needs of our business. We are growing our program and we hope to see Classe365 grow with us. Additional features in the LMS would be great.

    Pros

    It is great to have a CRM, SIS and LMS all tied into one product. Over the years, the Classe365 team has bmade improvements to the functionality and useability. A small company that cares about their customers.

    Cons

    As with any system, there are challanges. The "one-stop shop" approach causes functionality issues across the modules. The modules do not integrate as seemlessly as they should. Some of the functions with integrations are limited.

    Digital trails are easier to follow than hidden paper

    Pros

    No more making a copy of important documents for each team member or related services staff. I love that we can all access at our own desire. Not to mention that the is no more cross referencin each copy to assure all changes/new information has consistent on each copy.

    Cons

    Hard to get used to but I think I just was a little scared to get rid of my hard copies. If I run into issues I have to go through several Avance to find a solution .

    Classe365 helps us to streamline the administrative tasks of our Registrars Office. Almost all manual processes and forms were shifted to become digital and automated. This reduces paperwork and minimizes errors due to manual processing. This also helps our students to manage and view end of program and end of term grades and soon clearances. Hopefully more comprehensive features designed for tertiary/college education will be added to the existing comprehensive features.

    Pros

    Classe365 is an epitome of a school management system. It has comprehensive features that provides services from admissions to graduation. The platform is easy to navigate and manage making it accessible for all types of users.

    Cons

    The CRM forms are already usable however can be improved more by adding comprehensive conditions and rules.

    Pros

    The technical support team is very helpful especially [sensitive content hidden]. We encountered 2 issues recently on email notifications and duplicate student records and they were able to resolve both.

    Cons

    We are unable to use the report cards and degree and transcript modules though as our requirements for GPA and earned credits calculation do not fall in their heat map.
