### Key benefits of Crunched

 Multi-company administration - for users that have more than one business to run, Crunched allows businesses to set up additional companies right from the Crunched dashboard and jump between records without ever having to log out.

 Batch printing - save on processing time and check stock by printing in batches. Users can combine vendor payments into one payment through the Crunched intuitive accounts payable payment screen.  

 Recurring transactions - automate recurring transactions by memorizing the event and setting the recurring frequency. Crunched notifies users when it's time to create the transaction.

 Reconciliations and reporting - In order to provide users with an accurate understanding of their cash flow, Crunched provides a reconciliation interface which displays which checks are outstanding, deposits in transit, and prevents users from mistakenly overdrawing their checkbook.

 In-app live chat - the Crunched professional support team is available via the in-app chat feature so users can request help without having to leave the screen.

> **Pros**: The design of this application is impeccable. The app really focuses on clear navigation, easy to read text and an intuitive workflow. Crunched minimizes the convoluted nature of most competing products. I understand that what we're managing is complex but the interface doesn't need to be difficult. 

The web app is responsive, meaning it works on my phone and tablet perfectly. I can access all my information from any device at any time so long as I have an internet connection.

> **Cons**: The app is still young. There are a few tidbits that are constantly being updated and improved upon. This isn't a huge deal because the core functionality of Crunched is solidly built but I'm looking forward to all the kinks being fully ironed out.
