GreenOrbit offers over 40 apps to aid with workflow and automate processes including; online form creation, analytics, staff directory, private and group chat, training, file sharing, activity feed, calendar and more. Apps can be switched on and off at any time to build a custom and adaptable intranet.
With the aim of combining people, content and knowledge in one digital ecosystem, GreenOrbit integrates tools such as group chats, document management and analytics. The instant chat function aims to encourage team collaboration and provides both group and private chat options. Utilizing ‘The Library’ - GreenOrbit’s document storage and management app - users can upload, store and share documents, as well as edit them within the intranet. Documents and files can be tagged and shared using the @mention function for visibility.
